Christina Stoldt
Having grown up with a passion for real estate, it had always been my dream to pursue this profession. After a long stay in Australia after graduating from high school, I made my dream come true and completed my study as a real estate agent at the city center of Hamburg. I then took over the leasing department for properties around the Alster at Engel & Völkers where I was also able to gain a lot of experience in the rental side of real estate. Later I was also able to obtain experience in the sale of real estate through our family-owned business in Hamburg which mainly focused on the selling of property. At the beginning of 2020 I moved to Sotogrande, where I started at the real estate company Noll Sotogrande where I was able to learn a lot about the Spanish real estate market and Spanish real estate law.

José Marín
Having started my real estate career at the Sotogrande SA sales department, where I successfully sold units of the Marina and of La Reserva. This position gave me sound experience in the commercialising and selling of resort property. At Sotogrande SA, I was later also appointed Head of Guest Relations & Lodging,a role which required careful attention to detail, preciseness and accuracy, huge responsibility and a positive attitude all together with a strong customer-orientated personality. Having always shown a great passion for real estate, moreover in high-end property and resort property, I decided to take a focus in this area of the business. I embarked in a new adventure at Engel & Voelker’s Resort in Hamburg, where I sold international resort real estate in Canada, Spain and Portugal, gaining solid experience in the sale of 2nd home resort property and investment property.

Kerstin Stoldt
I have been renting and selling real estate for over 30 years. Initially privately and to friends, but later I turned my hobby into a job and brokered real estate for Engel & Völker’s for many years – first in Hamburg and then in Mallorca. This experience abroad was a great compliment to my long career in real estate, contracting and construction law. Having gained all this experience, I took over as managing director of a construction company in Hamburg and designed, developed and built houses. I have in-depth knowledge of all areas of real estate and can also “think outside the box” finding and implementing the right real estate concept for your very personal situation.
